Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

  • 1 large chopped onion

  • 1 clove of garlic well crushed

  • 2 cups of milk (to taste, add until the broth is thicker or more liquid, that is, always reserving a little to give the point)

  • 1 pinch of grated nutmeg

  • 2 spoons of Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup chopped parsley with chives or cilantro (to taste)

  • 1 full spoon of cornstarch or wheat flour

  • Mushrooms to taste (optional)

  • 1 milk carton of 200 grams of cream

  • 1 level spoon of salt (to taste)

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, add 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine;
  • Let it melt;
  • Add 1 large chopped onion;
  • Add 1 clove of garlic well crushed;
  • Mix and let it brown;
  • Add 2 cups of milk (to taste, add until the broth is thicker or more liquid, that is, always reserving a little to give the point);
  • Mix;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add 1 pinch of grated nutmeg;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese;
  • Add half a cup of chopped parsley with chives or cilantro (to taste);
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 full spoon of cornstarch or wheat flour;
  • Mix;
  • Add Champignons to taste (optional);
  • Add 1 milk carton to 200 grams of cream;
  • Mix;
  • Let it boil for 1 minute;
  • Add half a cup of chopped parsley with chives or cilantro (to taste);
