Ingredients
- Pasta
2 eggs
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup (tea) wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Chopped parsley to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
- Filling
2 cans of sardines
2 chopped boiled eggs
1 tomato cut into rounds
1/2 can of corn
Chopped parsley to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Add the eggs, milk, wheat flour, baking powder, oil, chopped parsley, oregano and salt to taste in a blender.
Beat until the dough is homogeneous and set aside. - In a bowl, place the chopped sardines, corn, chopped hard-boiled eggs and parsley.
Mix the ingredients well with a spoon. - Pour the dough into a small greased and floured baking dish.
Place and distribute all the stuffing over the dough with a spoon.
Arrange the tomato slices side by side on top and sprinkle with black pepper, salt and oregano.
Finish by basting with a little oil. - Preheat the oven to 200º₢ for 10 minutes, then transfer the pie to the oven and bake at 200º₢ for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden on the outside.
- Carefully remove the sardine pie from the oven and allow to cool slightly at room temperature.
Cut and serve the pieces to the size you prefer and the pie is ready to eat.
