Practical and made with simple ingredients, this chicken soufflé is a hit!


  • 400 grams of shredded chicken

  • 500 ml of milk

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • 1 box of sour cream

  • 3 gems

  • 3 egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese

  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • Garlic to taste


  • Sauté the chopped onion and tomato in a skillet with a little butter. 
    Add the shredded chicken and mix. 
    Add the cream cheese and sour cream, mix very well to even out and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and mix well. 
    Add the milk, the yolks, the grated cheese and mix constantly until it thickens. 
    Add the sautéed chicken mixture, the snow whites and mix to homogenize.
  • Transfer to a greased shape and add cheese on top. 
    Preheat to 180º₢ and bake for approximately 25 minutes. 
    Carefully remove and serve the chicken souffle after it has cooled down a bit.
