Ingredients
50 grams of grated coconut
200 ml of coconut milk
1 liter of milk
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) cornstarch
Plum in syrup to taste
Directions
- Add the milk, coconut milk, corn starch in a pan and mix until dissolved with the heat off.
- Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly.
When it thickens, add the sugar and continue stirring over medium heat.
Add the grated coconut while stirring constantly. - Pour the creamy mixture into a form greased with margarine or butter.
Set aside until cool, then cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. - Unmold the white manjar on a plate or platter with the help of a knife.
Decorate with plums in syrup, pour a little syrup on top and the dessert is ready to serve.
