  • candy 1 box (bis, dream of waltz or other candy of your choice)

  • Unflavored gelatin 1/2 package (6g)

  • Warm water 3 tablespoons (45ml)

  • Condensed milk 1 can (395g)

  • Sour cream 1 box (200g)

  • Powdered milk 1 cup (130g)


  • Cut the bis into pieces and transfer to a refractory;
  • Hydrate half a packet of unflavored gelatin with 3 tablespoons of water;
  • And a blender, add condensed milk 1 can (395g);
  • Add sour cream 1 box (200g);
  • Add powdered milk 1 cup (130g);
  • Add the hydrated gelatin;
  • Beat well;
  • Add the cream to the refractory;
  • Place in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours;
  • Sprinkle powdered milk on top;
