In addition to being delicious and easy to make, this low carb bread is made with few ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tablespoon of yeast

  • 6 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder

Directions

  • Add the egg to a bowl and stir with a whisk or fork to combine. 
    Add the powdered milk, the yeast and mix very well.
  • Shape the dough into a ball to shape the bread and bake for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Carefully remove from the oven, wait for the low carb bread to cool to room temperature and the recipe is ready.
