With this tomato confit recipe your day will be better!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of cherry tomatoes

  • 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil (90 grams)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (10 grams)

  • Thyme to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Wash the tomatoes and place them on a small baking sheet. 
    Add the minced garlic, olive oil, thyme and salt to taste. 
    Mix lightly.
  • Place the roast with the tomatoes in the oven preheated to 180º₢ and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and the tomato confit recipe is ready to be served.
