Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup (tea) milk
1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
2 tablespoons of sugar
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a bowl add the egg, milk, butter and beat a little.
Add the flour, sugar and mix well.
Add a pinch of salt, the baking powder, the vanilla essence and stir until smooth. - Melt some butter in a frying pan and add some dough (the thinner, the better the crepe).
Cook until lightly browned underneath and turn the dough over.
Repeat the process with all the dough. - Transfer the pasta to a plate, platter or board.
Then fill with the ingredients of your choice. - Fold the dough with the filling inside and the crepe recipe is ready to serve.
