A few days ago, Airlines Ratings released its list of the 25 best airlines in the world, which is headed by Air New Zealand, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways.
To be on this list, airlines must achieve a seven-star safety rating and demonstrate leadership in innovation for passenger comfort.
Air New Zealand was crowned No. 1 due to its economy sleeper cabin innovation on its new 787 aircraft, passenger service and quick recovery from COVID-19 disruptions.
In addition to taking second place on the list, Qatar Airways won Best Business Class and Best Catering, as well as Best Airline in the Middle East.
Etihad Airways ranks third on the list and also took home the Best Environmental Airlines award for its leadership in the 787 Greenliner program.

In addition, Singapore Airlines won the award for Best First Class; Qantas won the Best Lounges award; Virgin Australia and Virgin Atlantic won Best Cabin Crew; and Emirates was recognized for Best In-flight Entertainment and Best Premium Tourist.
