Separate the ingredients of this powdered milk pudding and make this delight today!


  • Syrup
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • Pasta
  • 4 eggs

  • 3 cups powdered milk (powdered)

  • 2 cups (tea) milk

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch


  • Start making the syrup. 
    For this, put the sugar in the mold, take it to the low fire and melt until it forms a caramelized syrup. 
    Spread well all over the bottom and sides of the form and set aside.
  • In a blender place the eggs, milk, sugar, powdered milk, cornstarch and vanilla essence. 
    Beat for a few minutes until the mass is homogenized and pour into the mold with the syrup.
  • Cover completely with aluminum foil and place inside a larger roast with half hot water. 
    Place in a preheated oven at 200º₢ and bake in a bain-marie for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the pudding from the oven, let it cool to room temperature and leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 
    Unmold and the powdered milk pudding is ready to serve.
