Ingredients
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 onion finely chopped or grated
700ml of milk
350g pasta of your choice
1 can of sour cream with whey
300g of chopped mozzarella (you can substitute any cheese that melts well)
2 tablespoons creamy cheddar
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Grated parmesan to taste to finish
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add 2 tablespoons of butter;
- Add 1/2 onion finely chopped or grated;
- Add 700ml of milk;
- Let it boil;
- Add 350g of pasta of your choice;
- Cook for 10 minutes;
- Add 1 can of whey cream;
- Add 300g of chopped mozzarella (you can substitute any cheese that melts well);
- Add 2 tablespoons of creamy cheddar;
- Mix;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add salt to taste;
- Mix;
- Add grated parmesan and chives (optional);
- Your Mac and Cheese is ready!
