You will only need a pan and the ingredients below to prepare your Mac and Cheese Mac and Cheese, following the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 1/2 onion finely chopped or grated

  • 700ml of milk

  • 350g pasta of your choice

  • 1 can of sour cream with whey

  • 300g of chopped mozzarella (you can substitute any cheese that melts well)

  • 2 tablespoons creamy cheddar

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Grated parmesan to taste to finish

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, add 2 tablespoons of butter;
  • Add 1/2 onion finely chopped or grated;
  • Add 700ml of milk;
  • Let it boil;
  • Add 350g of pasta of your choice;
  • Cook for 10 minutes;
  • Add 1 can of whey cream;
  • Add 300g of chopped mozzarella (you can substitute any cheese that melts well);
  • Add 2 tablespoons of creamy cheddar;
  • Mix;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add grated parmesan and chives (optional);
