  • 2 tablespoons of potato starch or wheat flour (20 grams of starch or 18 grams of wheat flour)

  • 2 tablespoons of oil 19 grams

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or 26 grams

  • ½ cup (tea) chopped onion or ½ large onion or 70 grams

  • 3 tablespoons of traditional ketchup or 42 grams

  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste or 42 grams

  • 1 tablespoon mustard or 14 grams

  • ½ tablespoon of soy sauce or 8 grams

  • 1 cup (tea) of water or 210 grams or 210 ml

  • 1 cup (tea) of mushrooms or 150 grams

  • 1 and ½ box of sour cream or 300 grams

  • 100 grams of potato straw

  • In a bowl, add 500 grams of chopped chicken breast;
  • Add ¼ teaspoon of black pepper or 0.5 gram;
  • Add ½ tablespoon of salt or 10 grams;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of garlic or 5 grams;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or juice of half a lemon or 13 grams;
  • Mix;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of potato starch or wheat flour (20 grams of starch or 18 grams of wheat flour);
  • Mix;
  • In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil 19 grams;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter or 26 grams;
  • Let it melt and add ½ cup (tea) of chopped onion or ½ large onion or 70 grams;
  • Add the chicken;
  • Let it seal well;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of traditional ketchup or 42 grams;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste or 42 grams;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of mustard or 14 grams;
  • Add ½ tablespoon of soy sauce or 8 grams;
