Simple Chicken Stroganoff

2 tablespoons of potato starch or wheat flour (20 grams of starch or 18 grams of wheat flour)
2 tablespoons of oil 19 grams
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or 26 grams
½ cup (tea) chopped onion or ½ large onion or 70 grams
3 tablespoons of traditional ketchup or 42 grams
3 tablespoons of tomato paste or 42 grams
1 tablespoon mustard or 14 grams
½ tablespoon of soy sauce or 8 grams
1 cup (tea) of water or 210 grams or 210 ml
1 cup (tea) of mushrooms or 150 grams
1 and ½ box of sour cream or 300 grams
100 grams of potato straw
White rice ready to serve
Directions
- In a bowl, add 500 grams of chopped chicken breast;
- Add ¼ teaspoon of black pepper or 0.5 gram;
- Add ½ tablespoon of salt or 10 grams;
- Add 1 teaspoon of garlic or 5 grams;
- Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or juice of half a lemon or 13 grams;
- Mix;
- Add 2 tablespoons of potato starch or wheat flour (20 grams of starch or 18 grams of wheat flour);
- Mix;
- In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil 19 grams;
- Add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter or 26 grams;
- Let it melt and add ½ cup (tea) of chopped onion or ½ large onion or 70 grams;
- Add the chicken;
- Let it seal well;
- Add 3 tablespoons of traditional ketchup or 42 grams;
- Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste or 42 grams;
- Add 1 tablespoon of mustard or 14 grams;
- Add ½ tablespoon of soy sauce or 8 grams;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of water or 210 grams or 210 ml;
- Let it boil;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of champignons or 150 grams;
- Add 1 and ½ box of cream or 300 grams;
- Mix and boil for 5 minutes;
- Your chicken stroganoff is ready!
