Ingredients
3 eggs
250 grams of ham
250 grams of mozzarella
2 cups of flour (wheat)
2 cups (tea) milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 large tomato
1 onion
1 cup (tea) of oil
1/2 cup(s) grated cheese
1/2 chopped onion
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Grated cheese and oregano to finish
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, milk, grated cheese and 1/2 chopped onion to the blender.
Beat until homogenized, add the wheat flour and beat again until it thickens.
Add the yeast, salt and beat again. - Place the ham and the mozzarella in strips, grated or cubes.
Add diced onion and tomato, oregano, black pepper and salt to taste.
Mix well. - Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured shape.
Then distribute the filling evenly throughout the dough.
Put the rest of the dough on top, spread it out well and finish with oregano and grated cheese to taste. - Preheat the oven to 180₢ and bake the pie for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the pie from the oven, let it cool to room temperature and serve in pieces of the size you prefer.
