Ingredients
4 eggs
60 ml of oil
400 ml of coconut milk
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 cups of milharina
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- In a blender place the coconut milk, sugar, eggs, oil, grated Parmesan cheese, milharina and baking powder.
Then beat for about 3 minutes. - Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled shape.
Bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180º₢. - Carefully remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
Unmold if you prefer and the miliaria cake can now be served.
