Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 3 eggs (150g)

  • 3/4 cup of oil (150ml)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of chopped carrots (200g)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar (275g)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g)

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)

  • 200g semisweet chocolate

  • 1/2 cup (140g) condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup (110g) heavy cream

Instructions

  • In a blender add: 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of oil, 1 and a half cups of chopped carrots;
  • Beat for 5 minutes and place in a bowl;
  • Add 1 and a half cups of sugar and mix;
  • Add 1 and a half cups of wheat flour and a level tablespoon of baking powder;
  • Mix and beat for 1 minute;
  • Place on a greased baking sheet with butter and wheat flour;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes;
  • Unmold the cake onto a plate;
  • Melt 200g of semisweet chocolate in the microwave (30 seconds, mix and another 30 seconds) or in a bain-marie;
  • Add half a cup of condensed milk and half a cup of cream;
  • Mix;
  • Take it to the fridge for 20 minutes (10 minutes, mix and another 10 minutes);
  • Pour over the cake;
