Simple Blender Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- Pasta
3 eggs (150g)
3/4 cup of oil (150ml)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of chopped carrots (200g)
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar (275g)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)
- Roof
200g semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup (140g) condensed milk
1/2 cup (110g) heavy cream
Directions
- In a blender add: 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of oil, 1 and a half cups of chopped carrots;
- Beat for 5 minutes and place in a bowl;
- Add 1 and a half cups of sugar and mix;
- Add 1 and a half cups of wheat flour and a level tablespoon of baking powder;
- Mix and beat for 1 minute;
- Place on a greased baking sheet with butter and wheat flour;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes;
- Unmold the cake onto a plate;
- Melt 200g of semisweet chocolate in the microwave (30 seconds, mix and another 30 seconds) or in a bain-marie;
- Add half a cup of condensed milk and half a cup of cream;
- Mix;
- Take it to the fridge for 20 minutes (10 minutes, mix and another 10 minutes);
- Pour over the cake;
- Your simple carrot cake is ready!
