Ingredients
480 ml of water
240 ml of oil
6 eggs
3 cups of flour (wheat)
3 cups (tea) of sugar
2 tablespoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
Directions
- Beat the eggs with an electric mixer for 1 minute, add the sugar and beat for another 1 minute.
Add the vanilla essence, oil and beat again.
Add the wheat flour and mix well with a spoon or whisk. - Add the water and mix again.
Put the baking powder and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
Pour in a greased shape with butter or margarine and floured. - Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 40 minutes, until it is lightly browned on the outside and dry on the inside when you insert a knife or toothpick.
- Carefully remove the cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Cut into pieces to the size of your choice and the plain cake is ready to eat.
