Prestige Ice Cream Cake

Eggs 3 units
1 and 1/2 cup sugar (270g)
Oil 3/4 cup (180 mL)
Chocolate powder 1 cup (90g)
Wheat Flour 2 cups (240g)
1 cup (240 mL) warm milk
Grated dry coconut 1 small package (50g)
Chemical yeast 1 tbsp (15g)

Coconut milk 1/2 bottle (100 mL)
Milk 1 cup (240 mL)
- Filling
Condensed milk 1 can (390g)
Grated dry coconut 1 package (100g)
Coconut milk 1/2 bottle (100 mL)
Sour cream 1 box (200g)
- Cover
Milk 1 and 1/2 cup (360 mL)
Sugar 1 cup (180g)
Chocolate powder 1 cup (90g)
Butter 3 tablespoons (60g)
Directions
- Pasta
- In a bowl, add Eggs 3 units;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar (270g);
- Add 3/4 cup (180 mL) Oil;
- Add 1 cup (90g) Chocolate powder;
- Add grated dry coconut 1 small package (50g);
- Mix well;
- Add 1 cup (240 mL) warm milk;
- Mix;
- Gradually add 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour while mixing;
- Add Chemical Yeast 1 tbsp (15g);
- Mix;
- Grease a mold with butter and flour it with powdered chocolate and wheat flour;
- Transfer the dough to the form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes;
- Filling
- In a pan, add condensed milk 1 can (390g);
- Add grated dry coconut 1 package (100g);
- Add 1/2 bottle of coconut milk (100 mL);
- Add milk cream 1 box (200g);
- Mix over medium heat until boiling;
- Reduce to low heat and mix for 3 minutes;
- Transfer to a bowl;
- Cover with a plastic bag in contact with the filling;
- Syrup
- In a pitcher, add 1/2 bottle of coconut milk (100 mL);
- Add Milk 1 cup (240 mL);
- Mix;
- Mounting
- Unmold the cake;
- Cut in half;
- Place half of the cake in a form;
- Drizzle with half of the syrup;
- Add the stuffing;
- Add the other part of the dough;
- Drizzle with the other half of the syrup;
- Cover with plastic and place in the fridge;
- Cover
- In a saucepan, add 1 and 1/2 cups of milk (360 mL);
- Add Sugar 1 cup (180g);
- Add 1 cup (90g) Chocolate powder;
- Add Butter 3 tbsp (60g);
- Mix well;
- Turn the heat on high;
- When it starts to boil, count 10 minutes;
- Let cool;
- Add the syrup to the cake;
- Decorate with grated dry coconut;
