Ingredients
2 gems
1 can of condensed milk
100 grams of flaked coconut
200 ml of coconut milk
Directions
- Sift the yolks to remove the film and place them in a pan off the heat.
Add condensed milk, coconut milk and flaked coconut.
Mix very well to homogenize the ingredients. - Place the pan over low heat and constantly mix the ingredients until the mixture thickens and easily comes off the bottom of the pan by scraping a spoon or spatula.
- Transfer the candy to a large container, spread evenly and cover with plastic wrap.
Let it cool at room temperature or in the fridge and the Prestige filling is ready.
