700ml of water
2 cups and sugar
2 and 1/2 cup powdered milk
4 eggs
- Caramel
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
Directions
- Caramel
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 cup of sugar;
- Keep mixing until the caramel point;
- Add 1/2 cup of water;
- Mix and let it melt;
- Transfer to the form;
- Spread on the sides of the form;
- Pudding
- In a blender, add 700ml of water;
- Add 2 cups and sugar;
- Add 2 and 1/2 cup of powdered milk;
- Add 4 eggs;
- Beat well;
- Transfer to the form;
- Cover with aluminum foil;
- Add the shape inside another larger shape with hot water (bain marie);
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
- Remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 35 minutes;
- Your powdered milk pudding is ready!
