Ingredients
200g shelled shrimp, half cooked and cleaned
250g penne pasta (serves two people) and 1 full spoon of salt in the cooking water
2 tablespoons of butter
1 full teaspoon of garlic paste or 2 cloves of minced or grated garlic
Approx. 400 ml FRESH sour cream
Black pepper (ground black pepper)
1 hand full of freshly grated Parmesan
Pinch of pepperoni pepper
A little salt (be careful not to overdo it. Taste)
Parsley or dried chives
Directions
- Cook your pasta in boiling salted water, according to the package instructions (leave it al dente, without overcooking it);
- Clean the shrimp;
- Dry the shrimp well on paper towels;
- In a pan on the fire, add 2 tablespoons of butter;
- Add 1 full teaspoon of garlic paste or 2 minced or grated garlic cloves;
- Add the prawns;
- Add Black Pepper (ground black pepper);
- Add 1 Pinch of pepperoni;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add some fresh cream;
- Let it thicken a little;
- Add grated Parmesan cheese;
- Add the boiled and drained pasta;
- Mix and turn off the heat;
- Add parsley or dried chives;
