With simple ingredients it is possible to prepare a fluffy and amazing banana cake!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 250 grams of wheat flour

  • 100 grams of sugar

  • 70 ml of oil

  • 70 ml of milk

  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch

  • 1 capful of baking powder for cake

Directions

  • Add the eggs, chopped bananas, sugar, oil and milk to a blender and blend until smooth. 
    Transfer the liquid mixture to a container with the wheat flour, cornstarch and yeast.
  • Mix well so that the dough is smooth and uniform. 
    Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. 
    Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Unmold the banana cake on a plate or platter after it cools, cut it the way you prefer and the recipe is ready.
