Ingredients

  • 500 grams of ground beef (chopped, shoulder)

  • 1 egg

  • 2 French breads, stale and chopped

  • 1 medium onion grated

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tablespoon of Bahian seasoning

  • 1 cup of water (to soften the buns)

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut the hand into pieces;
  • Add half a cup of water;
  • Grate the onion;
  • Mix the onion with the ground meat;
  • Add the crushed garlic;
  • Squeeze the bread and add it to the meat;
  • Add 1 egg;
  • Add Bahian seasoning;
  • Mix;
  • Leave for 20 minutes in the fridge;
