Ingredients
400 grams of Copacol tilapia fillet
Salt to taste
4 crushed garlic cloves
Juice of 1 medium lemon
Black pepper to taste
2 medium onions
2 medium red tomatoes
6 medium potatoes
1 large green pepper (optional)
Chives and parsley to taste
Olive oil to taste
Directions
- Season the fish with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper;
- Chop the onions, peppers and tomatoes;
- Add a pinch of salt;
- Add a pinch of black pepper;
- Add the chives and parsley;
- Cook the potatoes in salted water and cut them into slices;
- Line a refractory with aluminum foil;
- Add half of the vegetables, potatoes and fish;
- Add more vegetables on top;
- Add the rest of the vegetables;
- Add olive oil;
- Cover with aluminum foil;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
- Your oven baked fish is ready!
