For your oven-roasted tilapia fillet to be perfect and very tasty, use the necessary ingredients and follow the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of Copacol tilapia fillet

  • Salt to taste

  • 4 crushed garlic cloves

  • Juice of 1 medium lemon

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 2 medium onions

  • 2 medium red tomatoes

  • 6 medium potatoes

  • 1 large green pepper (optional)

  • Chives and parsley to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

Directions

  • Season the fish with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper;
  • Chop the onions, peppers and tomatoes;
  • Add a pinch of salt;
  • Add a pinch of black pepper;
  • Add the chives and parsley;
  • Cook the potatoes in salted water and cut them into slices;
  • Line a refractory with aluminum foil;
  • Add half of the vegetables, potatoes and fish;
  • Add more vegetables on top;
  • Add the rest of the vegetables;
  • Add olive oil;
  • Cover with aluminum foil;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
