The flavor and texture of this cassava dumpling recipe are irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of boiled cassava

  • 1 teaspoon of chopped green parsley

  • Salt to taste

  • Wheat flour for breading

  • FILLING INGREDIENTS
  • Ground Tuscan sausage

Directions

  • Place the cooked cassava in a container and mash it very well with a fork. 
    Then add the chopped green smell, salt to taste and mix very well.
  • Grease your clean hands with a little oil, make balls with portions of the dough and fill each one with a little ground Tuscan sausage, or other stuffing of your choice. 
    Then dip the dumplings in wheat flour.
  • Place the dumplings in a preheated skillet with oil until coated and fry them until lightly browned. 
    Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and allow the excess oil to drain.
  • Arrange the cassava balls on a plate or plate lined with paper towels and they are ready to be eaten.
