Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat

  • 3 cups hot water (tea)

  • 500g of minced meat

  • 1 tomato

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Mint leaves

  • 2 Tablespoon Parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat;
  • Add 3 cup (tea) hot water;
  • Let it rest for 30 minutes;
  • In a blender, add 1/2 onion;
  • Add 1 tomato;
  • Add 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Add mint leaves;
  • Add 2 Tablespoon (soup) parsley;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
  • Add Pinch of cinnamon;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Add olive oil;
  • Child;
  • In a bowl, add 500g of ground beef;
  • Add the beaten seasoning;
