3 cups hot water (tea)
500g of minced meat
1 tomato
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
Mint leaves
2 Tablespoon Parsley

Directions
- In a bowl, add 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat;
- Add 3 cup (tea) hot water;
- Let it rest for 30 minutes;
- In a blender, add 1/2 onion;
- Add 1 tomato;
- Add 2 cloves of garlic;
- Add mint leaves;
- Add 2 Tablespoon (soup) parsley;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- Add Pinch of cinnamon;
- Add black pepper;
