Ingredients
800 ml of red wine
1/2 cup (tea) cachaça
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
3 slices of orange
Cinnamon to taste
Ginger to taste
Cloves to taste
Directions
- Add the sugar in a pan and stir constantly until it melts completely and forms a caramelized syrup.
Add cinnamon, ginger and cloves to taste and mix well. - Add the red wine, orange slices and mix some more while cooking.
After boiling, add the cachaça and let it boil for a few more minutes.
Strain and then serve the wine.
