In addition to the irresistible flavor, the wine is easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 800 ml of red wine

  • 1/2 cup (tea) cachaça

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 3 slices of orange

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Ginger to taste

  • Cloves to taste

Directions

  • Add the sugar in a pan and stir constantly until it melts completely and forms a caramelized syrup. 
    Add cinnamon, ginger and cloves to taste and mix well.
  • Add the red wine, orange slices and mix some more while cooking. 
    After boiling, add the cachaça and let it boil for a few more minutes. 
    Strain and then serve the wine.
