Ingredients

  • Dough Filling
  • 1 grated carrot

  • 1 can of peas

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped olives

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 2 tablespoons of green scent

  • 1 teaspoon salt (salt to taste)

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Pasta
  • 3 cups of whole milk

  • 3 and a half cups of unbleached wheat flour (if using yeasted flour, do not add yeast separately)

  • 1 cup soy oil (cooking oil)

  • 1 cup corn starch (Maizena)

  • 2 level tablespoons of chemical baking powder for cakes

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  • Filling
  • In a bowl, add the carrots, peas, corn, tomatoes, onions, olives and parsley;
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Mix well;

  • In a bowl, add the wheat flour (sifted);
  • Add the sifted yeast;
  • Mix;
  • In a blender, add the eggs;
  • Add the oil;
  • Add the milk;
  • Add the salt;
  • Add the corn starch;
  • Beat for 1 minute;
  • Transfer the mixture to the bowl of the self-raising flour;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Spread the stuffing on the dough with a fork;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
