3 eggs
2 cans of condensed milk (395g each)
500ml of milk
- Syrup
2 cups (tea) sugar
1 cup of water
Directions
- Syrup
- In a pan over high heat, add 2 cups of sugar;
- Spread it out and let it start to melt on the sides;
- Mix non-stop until everything melts;
- Keep stirring in the fire until it gets very smooth, without sugar pebbles;
- Add 1 cup of water;
- Mix until boiling and break up well;
- Transfer the syrup to a mold;
- Pudding
- In a blender, add 2 boxes of condensed milk;
- Add 500ml of milk;
- Add 3 eggs;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Transfer the pudding to the mold;
- Cover with aluminum foil;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour and a half in a bain-marie (add hot water);
- Run a knife along the sides of the pudding and unmold it on a plate;
