Kinetic energy is that which a body possesses due to its movement. Can you imagine this applied to a sculpture? This is what you will see at the exhibition Cinétique! La Sculpture en Mouvement at the Espace Monte-Cristo, the Parisian headquarters of the Villa Datris Foundation.

From April 9 to December 11, 2022, the exhibition brings together more than 35 sculptures by French and international artists from the 1960s to the present day. Static, dynamic or mechanical works allow us to discover and admire movement in all its forms.

Located in a bright 250 m2 industrial loft in the 20th Arrondissement of Paris, this exhibition presents to the public the works acquired over the 10 years of the exhibition and which today form part of the Villa Datris Foundation Collection.

If you visit Paris this year, you can visit the show completely free of charge and run into any lyrical, literary or musical presentation that is presented in the venue.
