For your tapioca couscous to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step method of preparation.


  • Cake
  • 195g condensed milk (1/2 can)

  • 480 ml milk at room temperature or warm (2 cups)

  • 330g of granulated tapioca (2/3 of the package)

  • 200ml coconut milk 1 bottle

  • 32g grated dry coconut 4 tablespoons

  • 10g margarine 1/2 tbsp

  • Cover
  • 195g condensed milk 1/2 can

  • 16g grated dry coconut 2 tbsp


  • Cake
  • Grease a mold with 10g of 1/2 tablespoon margarine;
  • Add 195g of condensed milk (1/2 can);
  • Add 480mL of milk at room temperature or warm (2 cups);
  • Add 330g of granulated tapioca (2/3 of the package);
  • Add 200mL of coconut milk to 1 bottle;
  • Add 32g of grated dry coconut 4 tablespoons;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer to the form;
  • Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (until firm).
  • Unmold by dipping the mold in hot water;
  • Cover
  • Add 195g of condensed milk 1/2 can;
  • Add 16g of grated dry coconut 2 tbsp;
