Ingredients
3 eggs
80 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
100 grams of shredded cheese
3 cups of sour flour (sour)
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup (tea) of oil
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- In a blender add the eggs, milk, oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
Beat for 3 minutes and transfer the mixture to a container with the sour sprinkle. - Mix the ingredients very well with a spoon or whisk until you get a smooth and uniform dough.
Add the baking powder and mix well.
Transfer the dough to a greased roasting pan and place the shredded cheese on top. - Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cheese bread cake for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden on the outside and dry on the inside.
