Easy and tasty, the cheese bread cake is a very special snack option!


  • 3 eggs

  • 80 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 100 grams of shredded cheese

  • 3 cups of sour flour (sour)

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of oil

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder


  • In a blender add the eggs, milk, oil and grated Parmesan cheese. 
    Beat for 3 minutes and transfer the mixture to a container with the sour sprinkle.
  • Mix the ingredients very well with a spoon or whisk until you get a smooth and uniform dough. 
    Add the baking powder and mix well. 
    Transfer the dough to a greased roasting pan and place the shredded cheese on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cheese bread cake for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden on the outside and dry on the inside.
  • Wait for the cheese bread cake to cool to room temperature, unmold it if you wish and the recipe is ready to eat.
