Ingredients
2 cups (tea) corn flakes for couscous (milharina)
200 ml of coconut milk
50 grams of grated coconut
About 1/2 cup (tea) of milk (or until you get the point)
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Place the milharina, the grated coconut, hydrate with the coconut milk and mix well.
Add approximately 1/2 cup of milk until the mixture is moist and consistent.
Set aside and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. - Add water to the bottom of a couscous pan and add the hydrated couscous carefully and without pressing.
Turn on the fire and when it starts to smoke, let it cook for about 10 minutes, or until the couscous is tender, removing the water that accumulates on the lid from time to time. - Transfer the sweet couscous to a plate or platter of your choice and the recipe is ready to serve.
