Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cups milk powder (powdered)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup mashed boiled sweet potato
1 tablespoon of demerara sugar
1 teaspoon of cake yeast
Directions
- Beat the eggs and add to a bowl with the mashed boiled potato.
Add powdered milk, demerara sugar, yeast and oil.
Mix well until the mass is homogenized. - Grease your hands with oil or butter and shape the breads with portions of the dough in the size and shape of your preference.
Arrange them in a greased and floured shape or roast. - Preheat the oven to 180₢ and bake the sweet potato buns for approximately 35 minutes.
