Ingredients
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 bananas
4 tablespoons of tapioca
Directions
- Peel the bananas and mash them well on a plate.
Add the sugar, egg and grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix well, add the tapioca and mix again until homogenized. - Preheat a skillet greased with oil over low heat, place a portion of the dough and brown both sides.
Repeat the process until all the dough is used. - Transfer the banana crepiocas to a plate or platter and the recipe is ready to serve plain or with the filling of your choice.
