Banana Crepioca is a delicious and practical snack that can’t be missed in your daily life!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 bananas

  • 4 tablespoons of tapioca

Directions

  • Peel the bananas and mash them well on a plate. 
    Add the sugar, egg and grated Parmesan cheese. 
    Mix well, add the tapioca and mix again until homogenized.
  • Preheat a skillet greased with oil over low heat, place a portion of the dough and brown both sides. 
    Repeat the process until all the dough is used.
  • Transfer the banana crepiocas to a plate or platter and the recipe is ready to serve plain or with the filling of your choice.
