2.5 cup Water
200 g Crispy Flour

200 g Chicken Breast

2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Apricot Jam
2 tbsp Water
4 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Onion
100 g Pineapple
Directions
- Measure 1 cup of Rice in a ceramic bowl.
- Rinse the rice with clean water, fully drain through a strainer.
- Add 2.5 cup of water in a ceramic bowl, close the lid.
- Turn on a microwave, set the heat at 900w for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 200 g Crispy Flour.
- Add salt for.
- Add 145g Ice – Cold Water.
- Stir.
- Add 200g Chicken Breast.
- In a pan, add 1 tbsp Palm Oil.
- Fry the chicken.
- In a pan, add Vegetable Oil.
- Add 2 tbsp Tomato Paste.
- Add 1 tbsp Apricot Jam.
- Add 2 tbsp Water.
- Stir.
- Add 4 tbsp Brown Sugar.
- Add 1 tbsp Vinegar.
- Add 1 Green Bell Pepper.
- Add 1 Red Bell Pepper.
- Add 1 Onion.
- Add 100g Pineapple.
- Stir.
- Add the chicken.
- When the time is up, let it sit in a bowl for 15 minutes. Then fluff the rice with ladle.
