Ingredients
3 eggs 150 grams
1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of sugar 245 grams
1/2 cup (tea) of oil 110 ml
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 5 grams
2/3 cup (tea) of milk 140 ml
1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour 180 grams
1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs 150 grams;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of sugar 245 grams;
- Beat for another 1 minute;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil 110 ml;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 5 grams;
- Beat for another 1 minute;
- Add 2/3 cup (tea) of milk 140 ml;
- Beat another half minute;
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams;
- Add 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour 180 grams (while mixing);
- Mix for another 1 minute;
- Grease a baking dish with butter and wheat flour;
- Transfer the dough to the form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
- Your simple and fluffy cake is ready!
