Ingredients

  • 3 eggs 150 grams

  • 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of sugar 245 grams

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil 110 ml

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 5 grams

  • 2/3 cup (tea) of milk 140 ml

  • 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour 180 grams

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 3 eggs 150 grams;
  • Beat for 1 minute;
  • Add 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of sugar 245 grams;
  • Beat for another 1 minute;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil 110 ml;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 5 grams;
  • Beat for another 1 minute;
  • Add 2/3 cup (tea) of milk 140 ml;
  • Beat another half minute;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams;
  • Add 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour 180 grams (while mixing);
  • Mix for another 1 minute;
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and wheat flour;
  • Transfer the dough to the form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
