Ingredients
Shrimp 400g
Butter 1 tbsp (20g)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 piece chopped onion
Olive oil 1 tablespoon (13 mL)
Fresh cream 1 cup (240 mL)
Ketchup 5 tablespoons (60g)
Mustard 2 tbsp (24g)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, add Shrimp 400g;
- Add Salt to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add juice of 1/2 lemon;
- Mix well;
- In a skillet, add 1 tbsp Olive oil (13 mL);
- Add Butter 1 tbsp (20g);
- Let it melt;
- Add minced garlic 3 cloves;
- When the garlic starts to brown, add 1 chopped onion and let it become transparent;
- Leave on high heat and add the shrimp (without the liquid);
- When it turns pink on one side, turn it over;
- Add Ketchup 5 tbsp (60g);
- Add Mustard 2 tbsp (24g);
- Add 1 cup (240 mL) fresh cream;
- Mix well;
- As soon as it starts to boil, turn off the heat;
