Whether for the main meal or for an afternoon snack, the sausage pie uses simple ingredients and has a flavor that surprises!


  • 200 grams of sour cream

  • 10 sausages

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 cups of flour (wheat)

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 cups (tea) milk

  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon of oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • Cheese of your choice to taste (optional)


  • Boil the sausages in a pan with water, cut them into slices and set aside. 
    Add the milk, eggs, flour, yeast, oregano, salt, butter and cream to the blender. 
    Mix well and let the dough rest for a few minutes.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape, then distribute the sausage slices over it. 
    Bake for about 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180º₢.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese (optional) and oregano on top, return to the oven and bake the pie for just a few more minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Carefully remove from the oven, wait for the sausage pie to cool a bit before cutting into pieces and the recipe is ready.
