1 large avocado in pieces
½ cup of sugar (100g)
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
500ml of whole milk
1 box of sour cream
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of corn starch
50g grated coconut
1 packet of cornstarch cookies
3 tablespoons of sugar
Directions
- In a pan, add the chopped pineapple;
- Add ½ cup of sugar (100g);
- Cook over medium heat until the broth has reduced well;
- In a pan, add 500ml of whole milk;
- Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch;
- Mix;
- Add 1 box of condensed milk (395g);
- Add the yolk of 3 eggs;
- Add 50g of grated coconut;
- Add 1 box of cream;
- Mix and cook over medium heat until thickened (then lower the heat);
- Let it boil for 3 minutes while mixing;
- Transfer the cream to a serving dish;
- Cover with plastic film in contact with the cream;
- Once the cream is at room temperature, transfer half to another serving dish;
- Add 1 layer of cornstarch biscuit;
- Add the other half of the cream;
- Add the pineapple;
- In a bowl, add 3 egg whites;
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- Cook in a bain-marie for 5 minutes, while mixing;
- Transfer to the mixer;
- Beat well;
- Add 2 drops of vanilla essence and 2 drops of food coloring (optional);
