Ingredients
- Bolognese sauce
500g ground beef
Oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)
Tomato sauce 3 cups (720 mL)
Tomato pulp 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Water 1 cup (240 mL)
Onion chopped 1 unit and 1/2
Garlic minced 4 cloves
salt to taste
Cumin powder to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste

300g lasagna noodles
250g sliced mozzarella
250g sliced ham
Grated Parmesan 5 tbsp (50g)
Directions
- Bolognese sauce
- In a pan over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil;
- Add the ground beef;
- Let it brown on one side and mix;
- When all the meat has browned, open a space in the middle of the pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil;
- Add garlic and chopped onion;
- Mix well and let it cool;
- Add salt, black pepper, cumin powder and oregano;
- Add the tomato pulp;
- Add the tomato sauce;
- Add the water;
- Mix well;
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes;
- Mounting
- In a refractory, add 1 layer of bolognese sauce;
- Add 1 layer of lasagna noodles;
- Add 1 layer of ham;
- Add 1 layer of mozzarella;
- Repeat the steps until you finish with mozzarella cheese;
- Add grated Parmesan cheese;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes;
- Your lasagna with ground beef sauce (bolognese) is ready!
