Ingredients
2 large carrots
5 medium potatoes
250g of mayonnaise
½ can of peas or 1 can of duet
7 quail eggs or 4 boiled chicken eggs
⅓ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ lemon
1 teaspoon of salt
Olives to taste
Parsley to taste
Directions
- In a pot of boiling water, add 2 large chopped carrots;
- Cook for 3 minutes;
- Add 1 level spoon of salt;
- Add 4 potatoes cut into cubes;
- Mix and leave for 5 minutes;
- Turn off the fire;
- Drain the water;
- Add ice water;
- Drain again and transfer the potato and carrot to a bowl;
- Add the juice of 1/4 of a lemon;
- Mix;
- Add the pitted olives;
- Add mayonnaise;
- Mix;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Mix;
- Add boiled eggs in pieces and to taste;
- Add parsley and chives to taste;
- Mix;
