  • 2 large carrots

  • 5 medium potatoes

  • 250g of mayonnaise

  • ½ can of peas or 1 can of duet

  • 7 quail eggs or 4 boiled chicken eggs

  • ⅓ teaspoon of black pepper

  • ¼ lemon

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • Olives to taste

  • Parsley to taste


  • In a pot of boiling water, add 2 large chopped carrots;
  • Cook for 3 minutes;
  • Add 1 level spoon of salt;
  • Add 4 potatoes cut into cubes;
  • Mix and leave for 5 minutes;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Drain the water;
  • Add ice water;
  • Drain again and transfer the potato and carrot to a bowl;
  • Add the juice of 1/4 of a lemon;
  • Mix;
  • Add the pitted olives;
  • Add mayonnaise;
  • Mix;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Mix;
  • Add boiled eggs in pieces and to taste;
  • Add parsley and chives to taste;
  • Mix;
