Baking powder 3g
Butter 60g (cold)
Egg yolk 1 pc (room temperature)
Yogurt (or sour cream) 60 g (room temperature)
Jam or marmalade to fill
Directions
- In a bowl, add Flour 180g;
- Add Powdered sugar 25g;
- Add Baking powder 3g;
- Stir;
- Add Butter 60g (cold);
- Mix;
- Add 1 egg yolk;
- Add Yogurt 60g;
- Stir;
- Open the dough;
- Cut the dough into squares;
- Make cuts on one side of the dough;
- Add Jam or marmalade;
- Fold the dough;
- Add in a pan lined with parchment paper;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170° C for 15-20 minutes;
- Let cool;
- Icing Sugar;
