1 Baguette
10g Melted butter
1 Spring Onions
1/2 Cup Black Olives
1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and Black Pepper
Directions
- Cut baguette on the diagonal;
- Place in baking tray;
- Brush with melted butter;
- Toast on the grill;
- Chop spring onions;
- Chop black olives;
- Chop sun dried tomatoes;
- Mix together;
- Season with salt & pepper;
- Add olive oil;
- Mix;
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese to bread slices;
- Melt on the grill;
- add the mixture on top;
- Your Italian Bruschetta is ready!
