To make your Italian Bruschetta, you’ll need the ingredients from the list. Follow the preparation mode step-by-step.


  • 1 Baguette

  • 10g Melted butter

  • 1 Spring Onions

  • 1/2 Cup Black Olives

  • 1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and Black Pepper


  • Cut baguette on the diagonal;diagonal cutting baguette
  • Place in baking tray;
  • Brush with melted butter;brushing melted butter
  • Toast on the grill;
  • Chop spring onions;
  • Chop black olives;
  • Chop sun dried tomatoes;
  • Mix together;mix ingredients
  • Season with salt & pepper;
  • Add olive oil;
  • Mix;season olive oil
  • Add shredded mozzarella cheese to bread slices;cheese to bread
