Stuffed sausage perfectly accompanies rice, pasta and several other dishes!


  • 12 pre-cooked Tuscan sausages

  • 3 seedless chopped tomatoes

  • 250 grams of grated mozzarella

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper

  • 1 cup chives (onion)

  • 1/2 medium onion chopped

  • Oregano to taste

  • Olive oil to taste


  • Cut the pre-cooked sausages in half, making them look like canoes. 
    Arrange them side by side on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over the sausages and the bottom of the baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, place the tomatoes and chopped onion, lemon pepper, chopped chives, oregano and olive oil to taste. 
    Mix the ingredients well and fill the sausages with the chopped vegetables. 
    Place the grated mozzarella on top of the buds and sprinkle with oregano to taste.
  • Bake the sausages in the oven preheated to 200º₢ for approximately 50 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese au gratin.
  • Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and the stuffed sausage recipe is ready to be served.
