This grilled salmon is to make us lick our lips!

Ingredients

  • 350 grams of salmon

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 dessert spoons of chopped chives

  • 5 tablespoons of dry white wine

  • Lemon pepper to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Preheat a skillet with olive oil to taste, add the chopped onion and sauté without stopping to stir until it withers and becomes transparent. 
    Add the minced garlic, salmon and season with black pepper, lemon pepper and salt to taste.
  • Add the white wine gradually, cover the skillet and fry the salmon for a few minutes. 
    Then turn the fish and season the other side. 
    Add a little more wine, cover and fry for a few more minutes.
  • Finish by placing chopped chives on top of the fish and the grilled salmon is ready to serve.
