Surprise yourself with the practicality of preparing natural yogurt!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of whole milk

  • 1 pot of full-fat yogurt (170 grams)

Directions

  • Place the milk in a pan, place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until foamy, but not boiling.
  • Turn off the heat, transfer the milk to a container with a lid and stir until lukewarm. 
    Put the yogurt in a pot and add a little milk. 
    Mix well, add the rest of the milk and mix again.
  • Preheat the oven to maximum temperature for 15 minutes. 
    Cover the container, pack with a towel or cloth and transfer to the oven off. 
    Leave for about 8 to 12 hours.
  • Transfer the yogurt to the fridge, leave it for at least 2 hours and the homemade yogurt is ready for consumption.
