1/2 kg of minced meat of your choice
1 can of corn
1 can of peas
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Chives and parsley to taste (green smell)
2 tablespoons of soy oil
1 pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste
3 finely minced garlic cloves
Paprika to taste (optional)

3 whole eggs
1 cup of soy oil (240 ml)
3 cups of milk (240 ml each)
2 cups of unbleached wheat flour
1 cup corn starch (Maizena)
Half a tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder for cakes (royal powder type)

- In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of soy oil;
- Fry well;
- Add 1 chopped onion;
- Let it wither;
- Add 1/2 kg of ground beef of your choice;
- Let it brown;
- Add 1 chopped tomato;
- Mix;
- Add 1 pinch of black pepper;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add paprika to taste (optional);
- Add 1 can of corn;
- Add 1 can of peas;
- Add chives and parsley to taste (green smell);
- Mix;

- In a blender, add 3 whole eggs;
- Add 1 cup of soybean oil (240 ml);
- Add 3 cups of milk (240 ml each);
- Beat well;
- Add 2 cups of unbleached wheat flour;
- Add 1 cup of corn starch ( Maizena );
- Add Half a level tablespoon of salt;
- Add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder for cakes (royal powder type);
- Beat well;
- In a greased and floured shape, add a layer of dough;
- Add the stuffing;
- Add the rest of the dough;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
