  • 300 grams of wheat flour

  • 150 grams of cold butter, cubed

  • 75 ml of milk

  • Salt to taste

  • 25″ rim shape

  • Filling
  • 2 leek stalks

  • 1 chili pepper without seeds

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 4 eggs

  • Nutmeg to taste

  • 150 grams of grated Parmesan or half-cured cheese

  • 1 can of sour cream

Directions

  • In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil;
  • Add 2 stalks of leek;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add 1 girl’s finger pepper without the seeds;
  • Saute a little and reserve;
  • In a bowl, add 300 grams of wheat flour;
  • Add 150 grams of cubed cold butter;
  • Add 75 ml of milk;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer the dough to a shape and press it in the corners and at the bottom;
  • In a bowl, beat 4 eggs;
  • Add nutmeg to taste;
  • Add 1 can of cream;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 150 grams of grated Parmesan or half cured cheese;

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden.
