EPCOT at Walt Disney World is debuting “Luminous The Symphony of Us,” a new nighttime show that unites travelers and illuminates the shared experiences that connect people around the world.
“Luminous The Symphony of Us” features fireworks, fountains, lights and music, making it the perfect time to end the day at EPCOT.
This show is made up of a series of movements that represent common moments of the human experience.
You will be able to hear new versions of some iconic Disney hits such as: “You’ll Be in My Heart,” “Proud Corazón,” “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” “Friend Like Me,” “So Close,” “Enchanted ”, “When She Loved Me”, “Into the Unknown”, “Remember Me” and “I See the Light”.
Additionally, it features two new original songs written exclusively for the show: “Heartbeat Symphony” and “Beating of our Hearts.”
Likewise, the opening of the “Walt the Dreamer” statue was celebrated, which is inspired by Walt Disney in his last years of life when he dreamed of the initial concepts for the park and the general project of Florida. His design is a nod to the pure optimism he felt for the future and the magic of possibility that was the basis of the dream he never saw come true.
“Walt the Dreamer” is located in the new Dreamers Point area at World Celebration Gardens, a new space that features ample seating and a new central planter based on the five rings of the iconic EPCOT logo.
Without a doubt, Disney World always gives us excuses to return again and again, and this time is EPCOT, so if you are Disney fans, it is a good time to organize a new adventure to the happiest place on Earth.
