Fried Sprinkle Biscuit

Ingredients
90ml of milk
90ml of water
45ml of oil
300gr of sour or sweet flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
Directions
- In a microwave-safe container, or in a pan on the fire, add 90ml of milk;
- Add 90ml of water;
- Add 45ml of oil;
- Microwave for 1 minute, or on the stove until boiling;
- In a bowl, add 300gr of sour or sweet flour;
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Mix;
- Blanch with the microwave mixture;
- Mix and let cool;
- Add 2 eggs;
- Mix well with your hands (if the dough is too soft, add more flour);
- Grease a shape or plate with oil;
- Model the sprinkles and place them in the mold or plate;
- Add 1 liter of oil in a pan on the fire;
- Add 5 cookie doughs;
- Turn the heat on high until they start to rise and stay on the surface;
- Lower the heat to minimum;
- Flip the dough until golden;
- Dry them on paper towels;
- Let the oil cool down a bit or add more oil to fry the next batters;
- Your fried sprinkle cookie is ready!
